- Engage in decision making and support the community and environment
- Engage in law-abiding and positive behaviour in and out of school
- Develop positive relationships and choose not to bully and discriminate
- Develop self-confidence and successfully deal with significant life changes and challenges
- Develop enterprising behaviour

Carlton Hill Primary School has a school council that has an input into all areas of school life - for example, it has been involved in the appointment of a new headteacher. In 2007, pupils were asked how to develop their school grounds and as a result two "willow rooms" have now been introduced. How could you enable children and young people to contribute to the development of your museum?
